About Nova Risk Candidate & Employee Screening

 

Nova Risk Management Limited was established in February 1999 with the aim of providing a specialist Candidate & Employee Screening service and addresses the increasing public/media concerns expressed about this important subject. We believe that our best performance will depend upon the development of a long-term relationship from which both parties can benefit.

We receive approximately 7,500 candidate and employee screening files per annum from a diverse spectrum of clients.

Our staff are experienced in handling the potentially sensitive problems involved in the verification of individuals background. Confidentiality throughout is fully respected.

Security of screening information held during the process is of paramount importance, consequently, our premises are secured to an NSI NACOSS Gold Standard by external and internal CCTV, access control, intruder and fire alarm systems.

Our clients are independently audited by their own accrediting authority these are the BSI, ISOQAR, NSI, SSAIB, NQA and LRQA. Therefore our results are constantly under scrutiny.

Our contribution to the security industry was admirably demonstrated in 2001 & again in 2005 when the British Standards Institute invited Nova Risk Management, as a co-opted member, to join its BS 7858 committee together with the following:
